Granita Di Limone
200ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
200gr caster sugar
First of all make a sugar syrup by dissolving sugar in half of the water, boiling it until it is a little syrupy, about 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool, and then mix with the rest of the ingredients including the other half of the water. Taste and if you like it a little tarter you can add more lemon juice.
Freeze in your freezer, stirring every couple of house to break it up, or use an ice cream maker if you have one.
