A bit about who we are

A neighbour once told me flat roofs never last. He was wrong.

That sort of myth keeps a lot of people putting off repairs they genuinely need, and I have spent years up on rooftops across Neston and beyond putting things right. We cover the Wirral Peninsula, out past Parkgate and down toward Burton village, so this is very much our patch.

How we work

I will be honest, I am not the fastest person at writing up quotes (my paperwork could always be tidier), but I make sure every job gets a proper look before anything is priced. A roof near Hadlow Road came to us last winter with what the owner thought was a cracked tile, and it turned out the lead flashing around the chimney stack had completely lifted. Spotting the real problem early saved a much bigger bill down the line.

Why it matters where you live

Properties along the Dee Estuary take a real battering from coastal wind and driven rain. Guttering blocks faster here than people expect, and mortar on ridge tiles deteriorates quickly in that kind of exposure. However, it is nothing we have not dealt with hundreds of times before across the CH64 postcode and surrounding streets.
