Mickle Trafford and the villages surrounding it are where we cut our teeth. From Chester city centre out to Tarvin and along the A56 corridor near Dunham-on-the-Hill, we have been putting up walls, laying foundations, and sorting structural problems that other builders walked away from.

What we take on

We cover the full range of residential building work. Extensions are a big part of what we do, and there are more options available than most people realise:

Alongside extensions, we handle new builds from groundworks up, structural alterations, brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and rendering. When conditions call for it, damp proofing is part of the job too. We install chemical damp proof anchors where walls have lost their original DPC integrity. It is one of those unglamorous fixes that makes a real difference to a home long term.

How we work

Every project starts with a proper site visit. No guessing, no ballpark quotes fired off over the phone. We want to see the ground conditions, the access, what is already there. Cheshire clay can be unforgiving if you underestimate what a foundation needs. When the build details are right from day one, the rest follows cleanly.

Honestly, the thing clients come back and tell us is that the site was always tidy. Small thing, but it matters.
