We know the ground round here. We’ve done underpinning work on older properties near Leasowe Castle where subsidence gets tricky, extended homes backing onto Bidston Hill, and laid foundations out past Meols. So the conditions here are not a surprise to us, which saves you time and money.

How we work

No nonsense. No ghost quotes. We come out, have a look, and give you a straight price. It’s as simple as that, and sure look, most jobs just need someone who turns up and does what they said they would. That’s us.

We work in brick, block, concrete, and timber. We deal with cavity walls, solid stone, and the mixed construction you often find in older Cheshire semis. However awkward the job, we have seen worse.
