What we do

From the ground up, we build. That is the short version. The longer version is that we have been putting up walls, laying foundations, converting garages, running drainage and doing everything in between for years across the Wirral peninsula and beyond.

We cover extensions, loft conversions, structural alterations, new builds and general maintenance. Brickwork, blockwork, plastering, rendering. If it involves a building, we can handle it.

Where we work

We are based in Neston and work regularly across CH64 and the surrounding postcodes. We know this area well. Parkgate, Hadlow Road, the Dee Estuary coast, we have worked near all of them. Local ground conditions, local materials suppliers, no surprises on our end.

How we work

We plan before we dig. Every job gets a proper look before a single block is moved. We price it straight and we stick to that price (unless the customer changes scope mid-job, which happens, and we always flag it before it costs anything extra).

Materials and methods

We work with facing brick, dense concrete block, sand and cement render, and modern insulated systems depending on what the job calls for. Honestly, half the decisions come down to what will last in this climate. The Wirral gets its share of wind and rain and the build has to handle that.

We do not cut corners on foundations or structure. Short sentences here. Cheap blockwork fails. We have seen it. We fix it. Often for someone else’s mistakes.
