Who are we?

We are a local building contractor based in Manley, Cheshire. Our work covers everything from a single-skin brick porch at your front door through to full house extensions and structural alterations. We know the area well, having worked on properties around Delamere, Frodsham, and Norley for a good number of years.

What kind of work do we take on?

Most of our jobs fall into a few clear categories:

• Extensions and loft or garage conversions
• New builds and groundworks, including foundations and drainage
• Brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and rendering
• Structural alterations and general building maintenance

We work with cavity wall construction, concrete block, facing brick, and sand-cement render. Can we take on something more straightforward? Absolutely, a small repair or a chimney repoint is just as welcome as a bigger contract.

How do we approach the work?

We keep things clean and honest. Timelines are agreed before we start, materials are specified in writing, and we do not move on until each stage is right. If something unexpected comes up in the foundations or behind an old wall, we tell you straight and talk through the options. No surprises tucked into the final invoice.

Our team is small, which means the same faces turn up each day. That matters more than most people realise, (honestly, continuity on site saves a lot of headaches) and it keeps the quality consistent from groundworks right through to the finished plasterwork.
