How we work

Right, this is where we differ from a lot of firms. We do not subcontract the core work out to whoever is available. Our own team handles the build from day one. That means one point of contact and no surprises mid-project.

Loft conversions are a good example of how we operate end to end. We deal with the structural calculations, the steelwork, the dormer framing, the insulation, and the finishing. No passing the baton halfway through.

We work regularly around Runcorn town centre, out towards Frodsham, and across towards Widnes. We know the local ground conditions, the soil types, and the drainage quirks that come with building in this part of Cheshire. The subsoil in many areas here is a glacial till deposit, which affects how we specify our foundation depths and concrete mix design.
