How we work

Sub-base preparation follows a compacted type-1 MOT aggregate layer finished to falls that achieve a minimum 1-in-80 gradient for surface water drainage. That part matters more than most customers realise. Get the base wrong and the nicest porcelain in Essex will move on you inside two winters.

We are straightforward about timescales. We do not take on more work than we can deliver properly, the quality suffers otherwise. Every job we finish in Great Notley is something we are comfortable putting our name to.
