How We Actually Work

When a project comes in, I look at it properly before we price it. No guesswork. Kent’s older housing stock throws up surprises, and we deal with them straight rather than letting problems run.

Damp is a good example. Older properties in this area regularly need damp proofing, and we carry out chemical damp proof anchor injection ourselves rather than passing it to a specialist. It keeps the programme tight and the costs honest.

Before any extension goes up, groundworks come first. We do our own foundations, drainage, and substructure work. Getting that base right is not optional, it is the whole job.

Renovations and Structural Work

When a wall comes out or a beam goes in, that has to be done correctly. We work with structural engineers where it is needed, and we do not cut corners on the build-up. Honestly, some of what we see when we open up older buildings is fairly eye-opening, but we get it sorted and move forward cleanly.

Plastering, rendering, blockwork, and finishing all come under one roof with us. You are not juggling multiple trades or chasing people down.
