A bit about how we work

Neighbour called me last winter, roof leaking over her kitchen. That one stuck with me. We have been fixing roofs across Pickering for long enough to know that a small leak ignored through autumn becomes a real problem by February, and nobody needs that.

All types of roof tile installations and repairs are something we handle every single week, whether that is ageing asphalt shingles lifting at the corners or cedar shake that has seen one too many hard seasons.

Where we work

How we approach the job

Every roof we look at gets a proper inspection first, because quoting blind helps nobody. We tell you what we find, what actually needs doing now, and what can wait.

However, if something is urgent, we say so plainly and move quickly. Flat roofs in particular need honest advice, because drainage issues that look minor on the surface can cause serious damage to the structure underneath if left alone too long.
