What we do

We build. That is the short version.

The longer version is that we cover the full range of residential building work, from groundworks and foundations right through to the finished plaster on the walls. We work across BR3 and the surrounding postcodes, and we know the housing stock in this part of London well.

Extensions

Extensions are a big part of what we handle day to day. The options available to homeowners in the UK are wider than most people realise, so here is a proper rundown:

Each one involves its own structural requirements. So we assess the existing fabric of the building before anything else goes on the drawings.

Loft conversions and other structural work

Loft conversions are something we have been doing for years, and they remain one of the most practical ways to add usable space without touching the footprint. Right, the structural side matters here more than most jobs. A typical dormer conversion involves installing steel beams to carry the new floor load, which means careful coordination with a structural engineer from the start.

We also carry out garage conversions, full new builds, brickwork, blockwork, and plastering and rendering. We have worked on period properties near Crystal Palace Park and on newer builds closer to Shortlands and West Wickham. The material choices and the methods change depending on what is already there.

Maintenance and general building

We take on ongoing maintenance work. Repointing. Repairs after movement or damp. Structural alterations where walls come out and beams go in. It is steady, practical work and we are comfortable with all of it.
