A bit about how we work

A customer once showed me a crack running the full length of their gable wall.

That was the moment I knew why I do this. We have been building and renovating homes across Cheshire for years, working on everything from modest repairs to full new builds, and I still take every job as seriously as that first one.

We are based right here in Cuddington, so when we are on site in Northwich, Delamere, or out past Sandiway, we know the land, the soil conditions, and the way older properties in this part of Cheshire tend to behave.

How we actually go about it

I will be straight with you, I am not the cheapest quote you will find (though I do try to be fair), but the work we put out is solid and it stays solid.

Whether it is a new garage on a tight plot or underpinning a foundation that has shifted over forty years, we come prepared. We use good materials, we keep the site tidy, and we talk to you properly throughout.

Groundworks around Cuddington can catch you out if you do not read the drainage right, particularly on older plots near the Weaver Valley. We have learned that the hard way, so you do not have to.
