What We Do

Repairs and Realignment
Poorly pitched guttering causes more damage than people realise. One of the most common jobs we pick up is dropped gutter fall correction realignment, where a run has sagged or been fitted wrong from the start. Water backs up. It overflows. It gets into the fascia board. We fix the fall, reset the brackets, and sort the root cause rather than just slapping a sealant bead over it.
Fascias, Soffits and Roofline
We replace rotted timber fascias and soffits with solid uPVC boards. We also fit dry verge systems along the roofline (a job that gets overlooked far too often on older Dublin semis). It tidies up the gable end. It stops birds and wind-driven rain getting under the tiles.
Credentials and Insurance
We carry full public liability insurance and our operatives hold Safe Pass. If you are a homeowner or a property manager, that matters. We are happy to provide documentation before any work starts.
