What we do

From the ground up, we handle the full range of building work across Folkestone and the surrounding area. Extensions, new builds, structural alterations, groundworks, loft conversions, converting garages into usable living space, plastering, rendering, brickwork. That is what we do, day in and day out.

We have worked on projects along the Harbour Arm, up through Cheriton, and out towards Sandgate. We know the ground conditions here, the soil, the older foundations, the quirks you find in coastal properties. That knowledge matters on site.

How we work

We are methodical. Every job is planned properly before a single block is laid or a wall is opened up. Cutting corners costs everybody more in the long run (and we have seen enough botched work from others to know exactly what that looks like). We would rather take the extra day and get it right.

We work with concrete block, facing brick, sand and cement render, board insulation, and structural steel where the job calls for it. We price fairly and we stick to what we quote.

Mostly homeowners, some commercial clients. Repeat business and word of mouth keep us busy. We cover CT19 and CT20 postcodes as a priority, however we do take on work further out depending on the project.
