Lucan Patios

We’re based right here in Lucan, Dublin, and we’ve been sorting out back gardens across the area for years now.

What kind of patios do we lay? Pretty much everything you’d want. Natural stone, porcelain tiles, concrete flagstones, block paving. We’ll work with whatever suits your garden and your budget.

Do we just do patios? Not at all. We handle the full job:

• Garden walling
• Wooden fencing
• Roll-on turf lawns
• Artificial grass fitting

What’s the trickiest part of most jobs? Access, honestly. Half the houses around here have that terraced rear-access constraint where everything has to come through the side passage. We’ve done enough of these jobs to know exactly what fits and what doesn’t.

How do we handle different materials? Each one needs its own approach. Porcelain looks brilliant but you need proper drainage underneath. Natural stone’s more forgiving but the prep work matters more. Block paving’s great for driveways but can shift if the base isn’t spot on.

What about repairs? We do those too. Loose slabs, sunken areas, wonky walls. Sometimes it’s quicker to start fresh, sometimes we can save what’s there. We’ll tell you straight which makes more sense.

Do we cover the whole of Dublin? We stick mainly to Lucan and the surrounding areas. Means we can actually turn up when we say we will, and if there’s any comeback later, we’re not hours away.

What’s our process like? We come out, measure up, talk through what you’re after. No hard sell, just practical options that’ll work for your space and what you want to spend.

How long do jobs take? Depends on size and complexity, but most standard patios are done in a few days once we start. Weather permitting, obviously.
