Right, the tile side of things is something I get asked about a lot. Different roofs need different tiles. An older Cheshire property might have plain clay pegs. A newer build might be running concrete interlocking tiles. We work across all of it and we do not cut corners on the fix.

Flat roofs get a bad name. Old felt systems, fair enough, they earned it. However, a properly installed GRP or torch-on system done today will last you well. We have replaced enough botched flat roofs to know the difference between a job that holds and one that does not.

Guttering and fascias might not be glamorous, but blocked or broken drainage causes more internal damage than most people realise. We sort it before it becomes someone’s problem, not after. Sure it is better to be ahead of it than crying about it later.
