What do we do?

Based in Lusk, we lay patios, build walls, put up fencing, and sort out gardens that have seen better days. We work across north County Dublin, from new builds to terraced houses where the only access is a narrow rear gate.

That last one matters. A lot of the jobs we get called to involve tight rear-access constraints, where we are shifting materials by hand through a passage barely wide enough for a wheelbarrow. It is grand, we are well used to it.

What kind of jobs do we take on?

We do full garden renovations and straightforward patio replacements. A lot of our work comes from estates like Holywell in Swords, where gardens have been neglected for years and people want something clean and low maintenance.

Is there a right time of year to get paving done? Honestly, we work year round once the ground conditions are reasonable. Porcelain in particular needs to be bedded properly, so we do not cut corners on prep regardless of the season.

We also do bricklaying for boundary walls and raised beds. Turfing is something we handle ourselves too, we do not subcontract it out.

How do we price jobs?

We come out, look at the space, and give a straight quote. No vague estimates. The price we give is the price you pay, however if hidden drainage issues or ground problems turn up during dig-out, we talk it through before we proceed. No surprises dropped on you at the end.
