We did a job recently over near the Stony Brook Commons development, tight little courtyard with barely room to maneuver a plate compactor. And sometimes the constraint is a small urban garden setup, a narrow strip between the fence and the house where you still want a clean finish. We do those jobs the same way we do the big ones. Proper base, proper pitch, proper compaction.

New construction or a full rip-out and relay. We assess the base before we price anything, because a bad base is where every paving job fails eventually, however good the top coat looks on day one. It is not glamorous work. But it matters.
