A bit about how we work

A customer in Hoylake once asked me to just “make it tidy.” That stuck with me.

What he actually wanted was a driveway he’d be proud of, not just something functional. That’s the difference we try to make on every job across West Kirby, Cheshire and the surrounding areas.

What we do

We cover the full range of driveway and outdoor surfacing work, from new installations to repairs that actually last. Here’s what we work with:

• Block paving, including contrasting border courses in a second block colour
• Resin bound driveways
• Tarmac and asphalt
• Pattern imprinted concrete
• Gravel and loose stone surfaces
• Patio and pathway surfacing
• Driveway repairs, resurfacing, and sealing
• Drainage, soakaways, kerbing, and edging
• Fencing and walling
• Lawn installation and general landscaping

How we approach the work

One thing I find makes a real difference is getting the groundwork right before anything else goes down. You can have the nicest block paving in Caldy, but if the sub-base isn’t solid, it’ll move within a few winters.

We don’t rush that part.

I’ll be honest, I’m not the flashiest salesman you’ll ever meet (my wife will confirm that), but what I do know is materials, drainage, and how to lay a surface that handles the Wirral weather without cracking up two seasons later.

Where we work

We’re based here in West Kirby and work regularly through Heswall, Caldy, Hoylake, and across the CH48 and CH60 postcode areas. However, we do travel further when the job calls for it.
