How it started

A customer in Curracloe showed me her sitting room wall, dripping.

That stuck with me. Cold, damp homes are something we see a lot of around here, and most of the time the fix is more straightforward than people expect. We cover Wexford and the surrounding areas, and we have done for years.

What we do

We work across the full range of insulation, from older cavity walls that need pumped bead filling to newer builds requiring airtight detailing.

• External wall insulation
• Cavity wall and pumped bead insulation
• Attic and loft insulation, including attic insulation top-up for homes that already have some coverage
• Spray foam, both open and closed cell
• Underfloor and floor insulation
• Internal dry lining
• Pipe lagging and hot water tank insulation

• SEAI grant assistance and BER improvement

How we work

We use materials suited to the actual conditions here, the coastal damp, the wind off the Slaney, the older stone and block construction you find between Enniscorthy and the town.

We get the assessment right before anything else. (I’ll be honest, we got this wrong early on and it cost us time, so now the survey is where we put the most care.) A proper look at the building tells you everything.

SEAI grants

A lot of our customers come to us having heard about SEAI grants but not knowing where to start.

We walk through the paperwork with you. Rosslare Strand to Gorey, we deal with grants regularly and know the process well. It takes some of the sting out of the cost.
